The website yellystone-outdoors.com was created and is operated by the company under the name “Chalkidiki Cars M.AE“ (hereinafter “the Company”), headquartered in Psakoudia, Chalkidiki. The Company also maintains physical retail stores at:

The “Online Store” provides outdoor equipment, camping gear, water sports equipment, and electronic gear, including products from brands such as EcoFlow, Flextail, Campwerk, Aqua Marina, Sea NXT, Yacht Beach, Smaco, Remigo, Oru Kayak, Imatjet, Red Shark Bikes, life jackets, masks, paddles, and related items.

ARTICLE 1 – General Terms

By entering and registering on the website, the user unconditionally accepts these terms of use. The user declares they are over eighteen (18) years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding sales contracts. The Company reserves the right to modify or revise these terms at its discretion, provided it informs users of any changes.

ARTICLE 2 – Information Provided & Limitation of Liability

ARTICLE 13 – Delivery

Orders are typically fulfilled within 30 days. Delivery is considered complete when the physical possession of the products is transferred to the consumer or a designated third party (excluding the carrier).

  • Shipping Risk: If the consumer chooses their own carrier, the risk transfers upon delivery to that carrier.

  • Ownership: Ownership remains with the Company until full payment is received.

ARTICLE 14 – Payment & Shipping Methods

  • Payment: Exclusively via VIVA WALLET (Paycenter) or PayPal.

  • Shipping: Via partner courier, Box Now, or freight transport for large items.

  • Costs: €4 for up to 2kg (orders under €50). €1 per extra kg up to 20kg. Free shipping for orders over €50. Packages over 20kg require custom arrangements.

ARTICLE 15 – Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receipt without justification.

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt.

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer.

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of the Company being notified, provided the product has been returned and inspected.

ARTICLE 16 – Exceptions to Withdrawal

Withdrawal is not possible for:

  1. Customized/Personalized products.

  2. Unsealed items not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.

  3. Products purchased and picked up at a physical store (not a distance sale).

ARTICLE 17 – Defects & Warranty

Products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. If a product is defective, the consumer may request:

  1. Repair or replacement.

  2. A price reduction.

  3. Withdrawal from the contract (unless the defect is minor).

ARTICLE 18 – Wrongful Delivery
